We predominantly invest in B2B software and tech-enabled solutions, however, opportunistically open to marketplaces and consumer companies.
We are agnostic in verticals, but we like hospitality, real-estate, developer tools, b2b fintech and healthcare.
Initial check size of US$1 – 10M, following up to US$30m over the life of our investment from the fund and captables of exercising our pro-rata via our LP co-investments across late-stage.
We seek 5%+ stakes depending on the company stage and check size. Flashpoint often sits on the board to spend meaningful time with our founders and unlock value.
We seek to build a long-term partnership with companies in assisting them to rationalize their cap tables and increase temporal alignment among shareholders.
