Who is eligible to apply?
As noted on the disclaimer page in the application that you must review and confirm before proceeding further, the co-investment community is only open to accredited investors (as defined under US law), professional investors (as defined under (Annex II of the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (2014/65/EU)) and sophisticated investors (as defined in Article 19(5) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Financial Promotion) Order 2005). If you are not aware of whether or not you fall under one of these categories, you should seek the guidance of counsel or your financial advisor.
What opportunities would I be able to see in the Flashpoint co-invest community?
Existing best performing Flashpoint companies from Venture Growth, Growth Debt and Secondary funds managed by Flashpoint.
How much time is given to consider the co-investment opportunity?
The investment opportunities are summarised in the co-invest table in the community description. There are live situations and a watch-list. Normally for live situations we allow about 1 month before the deal funding. Watch-list includes opportunities that are maturing within the next 6 months, allowing the Flashpoint co-invest community to monitor performance and get more comfort ahead of time.
Are there going to be primary or secondary investment opportunities?
We are offering a) unique secondary opportunities, created exclusively by Flashpoint, b) our primary allocations in the rounds where Flashpoint funds don’t have any more capital available or c) smaller allocations in the rounds alongside Flashpoint funds
