London, December 17, 2025 – Flashpoint, an international tech investment firm with approximately $600 million in AUM and a focus on global technology companies originating from Europe and Israel, today announced its investment in DeepKeep, the Israel-founded company ensuring secure and trustworthy enterprise AI. This marks Flashpoint’s 21st investment in Israeli companies. Current investors in DeepKeep include global investment firm Awz and the European Innovation Council.

The new funding is aimed at accelerating DeepKeep’s expansion across Europe, the United States, and Japan, strengthening its global partnerships, and scaling its sales and business development teams.

Enterprises are rapidly adopting AI processes across the value chain, yet most lack the security, governance, and visibility required to deploy it safely. Traditional cybersecurity tools are unable to defend against AI-specific risks, including data leakage, adversarial attacks, model manipulation, and hallucinations. With the AI security market expected to surpass $10 billion, the space remains highly fragmented, with no clear dominant player, leaving enterprises exposed and in need of comprehensive, reliable solutions like DeepKeep’s.

DeepKeep has developed an end-to-end security platform that safeguards the entire AI lifecycle, from development to production, by detecting vulnerabilities, preventing exploits, enforcing access controls, and stopping sensitive data exposure. This platform also improves AI reliability by reducing hallucinations and bias.

DeepKeep is one of the few AI security platforms in the market, making it a trusted partner for enterprises deploying AI at scale. Additionally, the platform can be deployed across a variety of environments, including SaaS, on-prem, and air-gapped, to better support enterprises with their preferred deployment method.

The platform gives enterprises control over:

  • AI application security: End-to-end protection for custom AI applications across development, testing, and production.
  • AI agent security: Enables security teams to scan, monitor and intervene in the activity of their AI agents.
  • User security: Monitoring and securing employee interactions and use of AI tools.

To ensure the secure and safe use of AI, the platform also includes the ability to red-team applications and models and scan AI models.

“Flashpoint is excited to welcome DeepKeep to our family,” said Noam Wolf, Partner at Flashpoint Venture Growth Fund IV. “This investment represents an exceptional opportunity to enter the intersection of cybersecurity and AI, with substantial potential for further expansion going forward.”

“AI is reshaping every layer of the enterprise, and with that come new risks that businesses cannot ignore,” said Rony Ohayon, Co‑Founder and CEO of DeepKeep. “DeepKeep is laying the foundation for secure and trustworthy enterprise AI use at scale, and this partnership with Flashpoint will accelerate our ability to protect enterprises as they embrace generative AI across critical operations.”
